Our essay writing service may require documented proof, such as a plagiarism report, to process your refund claim. We will forward your refund request to our quality assurance team for processing. The team will need to investigate your claim and file a report with recommendations. If your request is approved, we will reimburse the money within seven days from the day of receiving your request.

If you need a refund, you will need to contact our support team within two days of receiving your paper.
What is the refund period?
The refund period starts from the day of receiving your paper and extends up to 7 days. So you will have seven days to request a refund if you are unsatisfied with the paper delivered. Once the Refund Period elapses, you will not be eligible for any refund.
When am I eligible for a full refund?
- If the order you placed has not been assigned to a particular essay writer. You will need to move in quickly and cancel it before it is assigned to an expert. Please notify us immediately after you cancel the order to process your refund.
- If we accidentally bill you twice for the same order, we will offer you a full refund after receiving your confirmation. However, if you pay for two identical orders and fail to inform us, we assume you need both orders to be completed and assign writers to handle them. You won’t be eligible for any refund.
- If we miss your deadline—send your paper after the deadline you set. We will offer you a full refund if you don’t need the paper. However, in such cases, we will have to own the rights to the paper. You cannot use the paper as it fully belongs to our essay writing service.
- You will get a full refund if you receive a plagiarized paper (the level of plagiarism exceeds 9%). You will need to submit a plagiarism report to back up your claim.
When am I eligible for a partial refund?
- If you cancel the order that we have already assigned the writer, we will offer you up to a 50% refund. The rest of the money will compensate the writer for the time and effort used to write the article.
- If we deliver the paper late, but you still want to use it, we will offer you a 30% refund to compensate you for missing your deadline.
What are the instances where am not eligible for a refund?
- If your academic instructor awards you a lower grade than what you expected, you will not be eligible for any refund. Please remember that our essay writing service does not guarantee high grades but high quality. Other factors, such as class attendance and previous academic performance, impact the final grades.
- The editing and proofreading paper did not meet your expectations. Essayscore.net is not responsible for contextual errors or instances of paper originality problems in materials you provided when placing your order.
- The refund period has passed you will not be eligible for any refund. You must submit your refund claim within seven days of receiving your order. We cannot offer you a refund if seven days have passed since the delivery day.
